Book an Atlas demo
Write to us and we will walk through Atlas with your team, on your own paperwork and the questions you ask every week. Here is what a demo covers and how to get the most from it.
What a demo covers
We go through the parts of Atlas that matter to your operation, one at a time:
- Log measurement
Measuring each log on a handheld, with its tag, SED and JAS volume.
- Stack inventory
Yard stock as stacks, with the count, m³, tonnes and age of each one.
- Delivery notes
Receiving trucks on a delivery note, with weights and every log on board.
- Vessel loading
Planning a vessel by hold and batch, and the packing list that comes out of it.
- Assistant
Asking questions about receptions, stock and loading, answered from your data.
What to bring
With a real delivery note, we record it in Atlas with you, from the truck to the last log. With a packing list, we show how each line goes back to its log. With your weekly questions, we ask them in Atlas and look at the answers together.
A demo works best on your own material. Bring one of these, or both:
- One real delivery note (remito) from your yard, or a recent packing list.
- The questions your team asks every week.
Who it is for
Operations leads, and the people who run the work day to day: yard, dispatch, planning and port staff. Bring whoever will use Atlas, so the demo answers their questions as well as yours.
Operations leads see the figures across yards. Yard staff see measuring and stacks, dispatch and port staff see loading, and planners see vessels and batches.
Languages
We run demos in English and in Spanish. The Atlas desk works in both languages, so your team can follow along in the language they use at work.
Write to us in either language, and tell us which one your team prefers for the demo.
What happens after you write
We reply by email to agree on a time and on what you want to see. Tell us a little about your operation and what you would like to cover, and we will shape the demo around it.
There is no form to fill in. An email is enough to start.
