Questions about your yard, answered from your own data

The Atlas assistant lives in the desk web app. Ask a question the way you would ask a colleague, and it answers from your Atlas records, with the figure, the table behind it and how the figure was calculated.

Ask the way you talk

No report builder to learn and no filters to set up first. If the answer is in your Atlas records, you can ask for it in the words your team already uses.

Type a question in plain language about the four things an operation asks about most:

  • Receptions: the trucks, delivery notes and logs that came in.
  • Stock: the stacks in each yard and what they hold.
  • Vessel loading: what went into each vessel, hold and batch.
  • Losses and variance: where weight, volume or counts do not add up.

Reads your data, changes nothing

The assistant reads only your Atlas data. It does not change a delivery note, a stack or a loading plan, so asking a question is always safe.

Its answers come from the same records the yard, the port and the office already work on, not from a separate copy.

Every answer shows its work

An answer is more than a number, so anyone can check a figure before repeating it. When it goes into a meeting or an email, whoever reads it can see where it came from and how recent it is.

Each one shows:

  • The figure.
  • A short summary.
  • A chart.
  • The table behind it.
  • The searches it ran on your data.
  • The date of the data.
  • How the figure was calculated.

Pin answers and take them to a spreadsheet

Pin up to 6 answers to keep the figures you check every week in one place. Download any answer as XLSX when it needs to go into a report or to someone outside Atlas.

Built on the records your team keeps

Every delivery note received, every stack built and every load recorded at the port is data the assistant can answer from. The more of the operation runs through Atlas, the more questions it can answer.

Who can use it

The assistant is open to users whose role includes it and who have access to all yards. Its answers can span every yard in the operation, so it is meant for the people who see the whole of it.

Every answer still comes only from your own Atlas data, and still changes nothing.
